Homestyle Pinoy Foods

Baguio

A trip to Baguio would not be over until you stop by and eat at one of its finest restaurants. And who wouldn't want to try a special, unique, and deliciously cooked home style Pinoy dishes cooked by the best chef of Baguio? I wouldn't decline such offer...

Kubong Sawali serves classic Pinoy foods, from seafoods to meat dishes, as long as it is "Pinoy-style".You name it and they got it. They have Kare-kare, Kaldereta, Kilawin, Afritada and much more..Aside from that, they offer exotic foods for those who want to try new dishes. Exotic foods available are Pritong palaka [fried frog], Adobong Igat, Adobong Pugita.

Serves a combo meal, good for 3-4 persons(but I think it is good for 2-3 persons), and a combo meal good for 6 persons. Rice are sold separately from main dish. Beverages available are teas, coffees, milkshakes, juices, cocktail drinks and some alcoholic beverages though I'm not one to try alcoholic drinks on mid-afternoon. Milkshakes are fine, but I find it too expensive.
They do have a new branch in SM,beside Florgelliato Ice cream. The other one is along Military Cut-off (beside Zio's Pizzeria).
